Lead Development Representative

As Visible’s first Lead Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying qualified trialers and marketing leads and converting them into sales opportunities.

You’ll be held to fair but ambitious goals, and will be expected to get creative and explore new tactics to hit growth targets. In this high-energy, high-impact role, you’ll be on the front lines of new customer growth at Visible.

What You’ll Do:

  • Your primary goal will be generating qualified sales opportunities (meetings) for the sales rep. This will roughly break down this way:
    • 50% of your time will be spent on phone and email outreach to Visible trialers and marketing qualified leads with the intent of booking sales meetings.
    • 30% of your time will be spent supporting ABM-style campaigns with “lukewarm” outbound prospecting via email and social media.
    • 20% of your time will be spent experimenting with new methods for creating sales opportunities.
  • Follow a persistent but considerate cadence of follow-up until the meeting is held
  • Pre-qualify prospects to ensure a sales meeting is appropriate and effective
  • Write sharp, personal emails to potential Visible customers
  • Contribute to a continual feedback loop, sharing market intelligence with the sales and marketing team members
  • Push yourself to exceed quota each and every month

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially at a trial-based SaaS co.
  • Previous experience at a remote company
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Intercom
  • Experience with a sales bootcamp or similar program
